Title: wont run ...latest update to 19

I installed latest update  . when I try to run I just get a big white box and sound. Game doesn't run....so I uninstalled and reinstalled.  ran once, then big white box again.   annoyed

post a copy of the DXdiag of your computer. This is the issue they are looking for.
