Title: Hitting an issue

Over the last 2 days I have been unable to fly AH, I load up normally but as soon as I get into the tower I get the host connection lost popup. I have found that the problem stems from "System and compressed memory"(Sacm) running the CPU usage up. Sacm in turn runs up the CPU usage on 2 Service Host tasks and "System interrupts". I can't for the life of me figure out how to stop this issue. System restores fail, AVG and Malwarebytes have both found no virus. Any ideas?

Is your computer part of a Windows domain?  The only reason SACM runs is usually for IT personnel to be able to manage the computer.

You would have had to setup the domain during installation of Windows, or afterward in the Control Panel->System dialog.  It will either show a WORKGROUP or a DOMAIN.  It also means you have a domain controller on your network (local or WAN).

I looked and it asked me if I wanted to create a workgroup, so I am guessing I am not in one.
This morning until 5 mins ago the PC spent the whole day off, and the problem seems at least for now to have righted itself with the idle CPU at 1%. I have no idea what it is or was... Yay Windows 10

Maybe your Windows 10 instance was being used by Microsoft to distribute their update content to other Windows 10 computers in your area. Isn't that one of the "features" of Win10? Wasn't patch Tuesday this week?

Like Imadot said, if you have not disabled the torrent feature of Windows 10, then your computer will be used to help distribute Windows updates.

Buy what product?  Windows 10 is still free, right?  By default, it uses your computer to distribute Windows 10 updates to others.

Go to Start->Settings->Update & Security

Make sure Windows Update is selected in the left-hand navigation pane (it’s the default when you open Updates & Security) and then click Advanced Options in the main pane.

Click on Choose how updates are delivered.  This page will show all the P2P options.  Set it the way you want.
