Operation Crossbow: Peenemunde! In May 1943 Allied surveillance observed the construction of the first of 11 large sites in northern France for secret German weapons, including six for the V-2 rocket. In November it discovered the first of 96 "ski sites" for the V-1 flying bomb. Officials debated the extent of the German weapons' danger; some viewed the sites as decoys to divert Allied bombers, while others feared chemical or biological warheads.[12] When reconnaissance and intelligence information regarding the V-2 became convincing, the War Cabinet Defence Committee (Operations) directed the campaign's first planned1 raid (the Operation Hydra attack of Peenemünde in August 1943).

Unfortunately, the last terrain upload broke it. I've checked everything I could on this end but for today, I don't have an answer.
Edit
I'm thrashing about for what may have gone wrong. Next is a reinstall in case I've trashed the uploader.
So until I can replace the terrain on the server, it won't be available, certainly not tonight.
-
I don't know much about terrains but can you pass the terrain files off to someone else to try to upload?
Or someone familiar with terrains to take help a look at it (fresh eyes)?
It sounded interesting.

Unfortunately no and not in time for tonight's run anyway.
The thing is, it was working with everything installed. I made two changes to fix cosmetic issues and it broke. Not only that, but a different terrain upload failed as well. I'm too tired to keep working the problem tonight.
This is the first time I've ever had a terrain fail!

aww bummer, hopefully it'll be back!

ok guys, sorry, sometimes, like war, things go awry. we'll try it again next week. my apologies.

This is a shameless repost from the Beta forum, and it may not be the root cause, but it's looking pretty significant.
I think I've found it. Maybe.
See if you spot it.
Keep in mind that each upload took me ~8 minutes times 10 to 20 uploads so between 1hr 20 minuts and 2hrs 40 minutes staring at the upload window. Well, not really. I left during most of the uploads but still!
If that were all there was, it would have been easy, but between each upload, I was removing stuff from the source files thinking it has to be me. I still don't know for sure but this looks like the culprit. See if you can spot what I see.
:bolt:

Brilliant..... Too bad the terrain was broken. It loaded for me.

i guess its about the server, not about people loading it for offline use. easyscor makes some of the best terrains in the game.
this wouldve been a fun setup. we wanted to test out the air spawns and to see if we could hit a bunch of needles in a haystack.
if you use god's eye mode and go to peenemunde, you can see the missles ready to go. we wanted to bomb the crap out of them!!
anyway we'll try it again next tuesday night. we'll see if we can blow stuff up! you'll make a good escort against the enemy dogs of war! see ya next tuesday hopefully!
