Title: WOW vs COMCAST

Just moved into a new house in Chicago land, appears my choices are WOW and Comcast for internet, any opinions on either, never had them, always used our rural telecom and the internet services they had available in Indiana.

WOW is garbage in Michigan.   Customer Service is ALWAYS lacking and it doesn't matter which cable company you have.   If someone has a great experience with WOW, they are in rare company as they simply do not cut it.   

Given the choice?  Comcast.

We have Bright House here (Road Runner) and they just merged with Charter.   I am hoping the 200 dl and 25 up stays rock solid.   You made the right choice bud.
