Title: Flights is disabled in special events

Can you run a practice mission in special events.  I wanted to do a practice run for time on target, but I am getting flight disabled.  I was launching from our assigned field for tonight.

Can you fly the map offline?

The Special Events arenas are not for non-event use. Flight is always disabled until an event, but you are allowed to enter the arena, which will download the current terrain if you don't already have it.

You can either load the terrain offline, or if you want others to play with and test things, you can create a custom arena and load the terrain.
