How can I post a photo in here?

You need to host the image somwhere (ie: http://imgur.com/ (http://imgur.com/) , http://s5.photobucket.com/ (http://s5.photobucket.com/) , or a personal website). Once you have the image uploaded somewhere, copy the URL and paste it into the post. Then highlight the URL you just pasted and click the 'Insert Image' button that is below the Bold font button.

Than you should be good to go!

Not all the forums allow an image to be directly inserted.

If the forum allows it, expand the "Additional Options" link to see the upload area.  If it is there, the forum allows it, if not, it does not allow it.
