Title: Where'd "State of the Dev Cave" go?

After the split into separate DX9/DX11 beta executables, the small section in the beta announcements talking about the Dev cave disappeared:

State of the Dev Cave!
-----
1) Road/ train system.
2) River system.

Just wondering if I missed something.  I'm guessing at some point the two betas will be recombined into a single executable again.  Will development on the transportation system continue at that point?
