Title: Ditching on water in AH3 is automatic crash

tried several times and team mates confirm.  You try and ditch and you die.

I tried it twice online the other night in a Tiffie glider, couldn't do it.  I will try offline in different planes.

maybe try to taxi into the water from land at low speed and see if you still get "awarded" a crash.

With the new patch, you now can ditch on water as well as on land.
