Title: DX 9 patch

  Have tried to patch with latest patch as of today but still come up with this message. " installer integrity check has failed " DX 11 has no problem with updates

Are you trying to patch the beta version? That's finished. There is no patch for it. There is just the new pre-release version .9 which defaults to DX11 unless you have Windows XP.

To run DX 9 version of AH3. go to the ac high folder (Hitech Creations) 
select folder Aces high III
select aceshigh9 ( this is the DX9 version)
right click on this to create a short cut copy to desktop
click on short cut you well now be running acehigh dx9 version
