Title: Base Under Attack Flashing

If Clipboard Enemy (1 or 2) has their color set to pure Red, you can't see if any of their bases are flashing because the flashing toggles between your GUI color selection and that pure Red color.

It would be nice to also have a "Dot" command to go to the latest, "Alert our base is under attack" announcement. :joystick:
