I'm looking to upgrade to a new monitor. What is best for AHIII 24" or 27" ?

You'll find quite a bit of helpful info in general (not AH3 specific though) on choosing a gaming monitor here: http://www.logicalincrements.com/monitors

39 works well for me :devil

I don't have much room. 39 would be over kill.

If I'm reading your post correctly I'd say the 27" is your ticket for max viewing real estate that can "fit" w\ most computer desk designs today. This is what I also did according to my existing computer desk design as it is 1 of the "enclosed" hutch designed desks and a 27" LCD monitor was the largest size that would fit this desk design's symmetry and not impede access to any of it's departments.
In the end though it is up to you.

I just got this monitor and love it.

After considering a 27", cost and fact that some of the lager monitors use the same resolution (1920x1080) on a larger area.
I went with this one and it is perfect for my GPU (EVGA gt980oc). I get very high framerates in AH3.
The build quality and screen controls are the best I have ever seen. A perfect choice for me YMMV <S>.

How close are you sitting and do they have the same resolution? I sit 2 ft away with a 27. Since I started using a
VR headset it looks small.

I'm shopping around . My new build has a GTX1060 GPU VR ready.

I bought 2 28" Asus monitors for 300 total around black friday, they have been great for 2 years so far.

Another consideration is a larger TV. Several now have game setting to let the video card do more of the processing to reduce latency. Look for Latency text results on google.

Thank you all for your response. I bought a 27" BenQ. It should do the job.

What model did you get?

The BenQ GL2760H. It's not the best mod. But the price was very good.
