Title: I miss train busting and convoy raiding

AH3 doesn't seem to have convoys and trains implemented.   Was this an oversight or do we need to focus on other stuff?

I think they're working on the resupply lines, so for right now there aren't any trains or convoys.

It is on the list of things to do.

There is always a list.
