Ok, this was an issue a short time ago, 2 or 3 patches in Beta. My sound settings, particularly the VOICE setting are not saving. I have to turn these settings back up each time I enter the game. Not a big deal, just letting all know, If folk cant hear you, check your MIC volumes as they probably reset!

Under the advanced tab for the properties gui in windows do you have check allowing applications to take exclusive control of your speakers and microphone? Years ago in AH for some reason that was causing a similar problem.
