Microsoft is saying that Windows 10 only supports DirectX 11.4 & 11.3 are only supported in Windows 10. Like with DirectX 12.0, updates are only provided via Windows Update. What version is the game supporting or does it matter? I'm having tremendous problems with DX11 on my PC running Windows 10 i7 processor, 9 gigs of ram, GTX960 4G video card & 1TB HD. Screen freezes, loss of audio complete loss of game defaulting to my desktop and loss of game with my PC shutting down completely. Need suggestions, I've tried everything I know. I don't want to leave the game but that is where I'm headed.

Windows 10 supports DirectX 12 and is also backwards compatible with previous DirectX versions. If you are running Windows 10 then the DirectX 11 version of AH is what you should run. If you're having troubles running the DX11 version of AH, try the DX9 version.

You should post a DXdiag report that includes everything down to and including the audio information, so that we can see what is going on.
