Title: The Tire Sound for the M-8 does not shut off

If you have two flats or more in the m-8 and shut off the engine, the sound for the
tires continues like you are going full speed.

On event "Move" I had to add a Stop Event, or FMOD would creep continuously.

(EDIT) The logic track for 'trackloop' just needed a StopEvent tag.
