I've been a participant since 2006.

I just bought a brand new $200 new graphics card two days ago to keep up with AH III.

It worked great for the first day.

It worked great on the second day.

Now all I get when I log in is:

"error -9".

I cannot even get the AH III program to open.

I'm so very pissed off right now.

Download the full install, and install over top of your current installation.

For some reason your patch must have failed.

Just FYI.  That error is usually caused when someone tries to create a shortcut and accidentally drags the game executable from its installation folder.

Usually, not always. Like HiTech suggested, installing the full installation over the top of the existing one will fix the problem.
