Title: Factory Surfaces (Buzzsaw)

Every factory has a misaligned surface edge. I think that's what it is, because it runs all around the factories.

As indicated by the red lines:

Also (buzzsaw) the ships do not respawn to the correct country when a port is taken.

that map need to be taken out of rotaion till the bugs are fixed. the all might bish reset it in less than 6 hours. didnt even get to see much of any of it.

I understand that HiTech may have reset it because something wasn't working correctly.
