Title: Disable zoom while panning cockpit view with trackIR?
Post by: Hetzer7 on October 06, 2016, 12:10:44 AM
Is it possible to fix the zooming-in behavior while panning around the view in the cockpit? I don't recall this occurring in AH2 and its really annoying when using track IR. Kind of gives me a headache....

Thanks in advance <S>

It may be the saved head positions. Does it seem like your head suddenly changes position? If that's the problem you can fix it by using default views.

No it's a fresh install on a new computer and occurs in all aircraft (that I tested). It happens with the joystick hat view as well. Looking forward is fine, but paning greater than 25degrees left, right or up the view suddenly zooms in, it does act like it changes the head position as well. I just want the head position and view to stay the same while I pan the view direction.

The fresh install has saved head positions. They were set before TrackIR inherited the positions. Just delete the .hps files in the Aces High III settings/planes folder.
