Title: 10k Mark on Altimeter unreadable

Found this on the pony but appears to be on other US iron.

10k red mark on the altimeter is barely visible. You have to zoom into it to see it.

Thinking about this one more, it might be solved by making the red hashmark broader.

On the other hand, if this is a Z ordering issue the hash needs to be in front of the dial card that has the numbers on it. Right now it appears to be behind and only showing where the increments are white.
