Title: Custom arena drones drop all bombs

The drones in custom arenas using staged missions do not respond to salvo setting and always drop all bombs.  This bug has been reported MANY times in AH2 and now AH3.

There is also a problem with the formation, one of the number 2 or 3 planes in a V formation flies directly behind the number 1 plane when a player pilots the number 1 plane.

This is also the same problem offline in staged missions.  The independent AI in the formation also makes using staged mission for gunnery practice difficult.
