Title: All Bases Flash Red

I'm not liking the blue and pink flashing, when other countries are being attacked.
Can we have an option to set all bases to flash to red, or any color for that matter.

So if you have one side set to red, how would you know if any bases are flashing?

Maybe a better solution would be to flash by changing the luminance of the color instead of the color itself.

All countries already have their own colored icon. A-20, etc.
I'd like an option to have the base flash red, instead of three different colors.  One for Bish, Knights and Rooks.
Too many colors for me.
Looks like a pinball machine or something, with all these different colors flashing.

How about they all flash black.  Then we can use any other color for the different countries.

Whatever works for you. 
Right now the clipboard icons look very 80's arcade.
