Title: Cloud dome

  Don't like it. looks unnatural especially at night. Is it a cloud layer? seems far above other clouds.  :headscratch:
 
     Blocking my view of the stars.  :old:

I believe what you are seeing is The Milky Way. Nice touch imho

It seems to be a DX11 thing.  If you are running DX9 you won't see it.

Draw distance for clouds.. so it appears to be a dome.
