Title: Forever Amber

This colourfully painted B-24 named "Forever Amber" was part of the 756th Bomb Squadron, 459th Bomb Group. This Group was based in Italy from early 1944 until the end of the war in Europe and from there flew missions against Axis targets throughout Southern Europe.

I really like that scheme.  Very interesting and good to see the Med Theater getting attention.
