Title: SEAC Hellcat update

Thanks to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this skin.

This Hellcat II was part of 804 Naval Air Squadron based on HMS Ameer in the Indian Ocean in 1944. An early Hellcat II (F6F-5) it still had the Hellcat I's rear windows which I have painted on the skin.

As I have already done a skin of a very similar aircraft from the same squadron I am going to submit this as an update of that skin.

Very awesome as usual, but is it me or does the emblem on the nose seem to be lower quality than the rest of the skin?

There's a little bit of barrel distortion on the upper nose where the emblem is, I had to play around with the shape of the shield a bit to make it look right.

Skuzzy will get round to the new skins submissions page when he gets time, I imagine tech support is kind of busy right now.....
