Last 3 weeks been using my Oculus without any major problems. After update game won't get past loading arena.
What can I do?
-
After the patch even the Oculus install asks if you want to run the DX9 version. Are you starting the DX11 version?
Mine works, both the regular install and the Oculus library install.
-
Like FLS said, the default version the patcher will run is the DX9 version. You need to manually start the DX11 version, either from a desktop ICON, or from the Windows "Start" programs menu under "Aces High III".

Still not working. When I try to join the arena... Game stops responding. Deleted game re-downloaded same problem.
PLEASE advise! Thank You

Are you starting the DX11 version?
Does it work offline?
Does it work without the Oculus?
-
Crashes offline. Works fine when not running Oculus. Yes running DX11
-
If you can post the crash message that could be helpful.
Do you get the VR detected box asking if you want to use Oculus?
I assume other apps work on Oculus.

If the game is crashing, there should be some "dmp" file in the games "temp" folder where it is installed on your hard drive.
Zip the latest of those files and post it in the "Bug Report" section of the forum.

ITS FIXED... My IT guy at the office (gamer) fixed it. He said some techno stuff that reminds me of my wife talking about shoes. Long story short he deleted and reloaded the game.. All is good. Thanks for the help!!

If if you have to power down the pc to get out of a screen freeze, a dmp file is not generated.

Yes, I know. That is why I explicitly said, "If the game is crashing".
A lock up is not a crash.
