more details needed. Does it load the game at all? does it crash when loading an arena? does it work off line?
 Maybe a DXdiag of your computer would help.

Two things.

1)  Need a DXDIAG output.

2)  In the game installation folder there is a "temp" folder.  There should be some files related to the crashes, with the ".dmp" extension.  Zip the latest of those up and post it in the "Bug Report" forum.
