Title: White window on start ( additional information)

This is a known issue but I have additional information

I play on an Asus ROG laptop with integrated GPU and an Nvidia GPU.

IF I start the game with Nvidia GPU, I get the white window that is corrected by moving or resizing the window.

If I start the game on the integrated GPU, there are no issues.

I'm not sure if this is related, but: Since patch #4 or so after clicking the arena name the screen flashes white like it was exploding until the loading bars appear. This happens only on Dx11. So it goes white, but continues normally after some horrendous split seconds.

Patch 9 had some code added to try and address the white screen issue.  Is it still happening with Patch 9?

Still happening after Patch 9 installation.
