You can't run DX9, then forget DX11

Already tried the reinstall, did not work. DX 11 runs

That's odd, doesn't it use the same "missing" dll?

The DLL ships with the game.

Remove the DX9 desktop ICON, then re-install the game, over the top of the existing installation.

If that DLL was really missing, DX11 would not run either.
