Title: Spawn missing

Windows 10 v.1607, DX11 version.

On the Buzzsaw map the spawn from F7 to A1 has no launch button. The North launch (N) takes you to the rook city.

.fly X (with the correct X = 1/2/3/...) sometimes works even if the button is missing.
(which is strange - if the game "knows" which X is valid, why doesn't it display the button?)
