Could someone please explain the algorithm AH3 uses to calculate strat down time? I don't understand. Example: just now our City was at 71% and had been for awhile. The AAA strat was back at or very near 100% after I spent a lot of time resupplying it. Then a group of enemy tanks showed up in the AAA strat and started to quickly take it down (it only took them a few minutes to reduce it to 0%). Each new building that went down was listed as down for nearly 3 hours (>170 secs). Does that mean that if the City was at 0% the AAA strat would be down for 9 hours? Or does the City level have no effect on strat rebuild time? If the City is 100% what is the baseline strat down time? And at a resupply time reduction of only 10 minutes per box, given the 3 hour down time, is there really any point to resupplying?

For me, no. Especially on the Buzzsaw map where it is a 10 minute drive for attackers to get to the strat. But this was discussed at length and the attackers' case won out.

Exactly this.
City influences the downtimes of town buildings and the HQ only. Has been that way since 2012. :old:

So the default strat down time is now three hours? A couple of guys in M4s can get it to 0% in a few minutes.
That is so asymmetric that I am longer going to give a fig about strats.

If 'now' means since 4 years, yes :D
