Last time I played was Turkey day. Then out of town, lost my cc, had it cancelled. Got message from HT I needed to pay by Friday. I tried to log in to game to get to account management, used dx11 and d9. All I get is the startup screen with music, and shows I have 62 fps. No error message, nothing. Version 3.0 Patch 10. Is this a account thing I need to call about or a software thing? Hard for me to get to a computer in the field and call anyone as well during working hours.

AHIII is now Version 3.0 patch 13, so you are missing a few updates.
Hopefully you can get it updated, if not you may have to reinstall a fresh copy.

If you are on Patch 10, then use the DX9 version of the game and go online to get the updates. Or just grab the full install and install it over the top of your existing Aces High III installation.

First I tried using the 9x version, no luck there. Then I downloaded and installed the newest version over the existing, there was no change, I just get the same screen, nice music, now it says version 3.0 patch 13. I never had any problems with any of the versions before, maybe the stutters many of us had at times during some times the game was being tweaked, but nothing major.
Before I delete the game and folders and download the game again for a full new install, and lose all my settings, any other ideas?

Yes, try resizing the window and see if it wakes up and draws. I suspect if you remove the "video8.cfg" and "world.cfg" files from your "settings" folder where the game is installed, the problem might go away as well.
