This 9 year old kid, Tommy Douglas, has terminal bone cancer and has always wanted to play football but couldn't because of his sickness. The football players at the local high school contacted Make-A-Wish to plan something special for Tommy. He originally was just going to suit up but instead got to run one play during the game and players on both teams were encouraging Tommy on his touch down run. A good story to get the week started.

Restores your faith in humanity. Little guy deserves that touchdown with all the pain he has been through. That's real sportsmanship.

Oh dear... that was beautiful. Positively beautiful.
At least someone had the presence of mind to recover the fumble.
