Title: Staged Mission bug

We had a glitch where the mission restarted in the middle of it. Some of us who were down were thrown back into the briefing room and others were frozen, hanging in the air.

This used to happen sometimes in AH2 and it has happened to us at least one other time in AH3.

We are definitely only running one mission at a time and have no others scheduled when we run it so I don't think it's something we are doing.

also noticed it really kills your framerate when you download a mission. when it finishes, it comes right back up, but until then its like 3-6fps for me
