Maybe it's my hardware, but I noticed a line of text positioned about half way down the page display is clipped and the clipping is fixed in position.
On my FE, when the default page comes up and it's scrolled to the top, in the line that starts "We will be using this feature for Help Content...", the 'C' in Content is clipped at the top of the 'C'. Switching pages I see clipped text in the same place.
Edit:
Now, when I relaunch the game, the bottom of that line of text is missing ie the bottom of the 'C'.
fyi, I switched out to a 1070 recently.
