Title: Getting country status instead of base status with right click mouse enemy base

When I check my own base status by right clicking and check status of base I get accurate information.  When I do it for the other enemy bases I'm getting information on the country.  Code starts out with CO1 instead of the base.  Wasn't like this before today for me.

I noticed this also last week, and didn't know what to make of it.
