How does one go about fixing this? (Packet loss)

Level3 is the bad boy. Nothing we can do other than trying to reset our routers/relog into the game hoping it would find another route.

Tried that, didn't help. Was getting spikes in my net status every few seconds along with micro freezes.

Well, then there's nothing within our powers, except if you know someone very high on the Level3 hierarchy.

Day 3, game still unplayable. 73% packet loss, my isp says "sorry, can't help".
