Title: Clouds still affecting FPS

I know it might be my end , (which is likely the case) but the clouds still greatly reduce my FPS. I could be running 50 regular but as soon as clouds show up ( which are really cool and I love them) my frame rate goes to about 4 or 5 (sometimes) or highest (normal in clouds) 12 ...... I don't know if its my end or is it happening to everyone.    <S> 49tower.
Ps. I love the clouds and think they are great, I just wondering if its a bug causing the low FPS.

Post your dxdiag (top third only) and what settings you use in the game texture size and what you have under the "advanced" section running. They will be able to tell if your computer is the problem, or it might point to a clue of what may be causing it.
