Title: 110C & 110G skin bugs
Post by: oboe on January 12, 2017, 06:46:57 PM
The new shapes look great, and the cockpits are wonderful (assuming a fix for altimeter and fuel gauges coming).
There are a handful of custom skins listed for both models though. Only the default skin is displayed no matter what is selected. I'm guessing the custom skins need to be deleted.

Is anyone else creeped out by the gunner? Whenever I turn and look, he is slumped over and not moving. Not much of a talker either and he can't shoot worth a dam. :D

110G-2:
Looks like the gunner is giving his MG81Z some oral pleasure :uhoh
Both crewmen are also sitting very high in the cockpit. The pilot can't possibly see through the gun sight like that. Cockpit reflections are flickering and don't look right and the canopy is missing dirt, scratches and other imperfections. The top of the armor glass frame has a texture/reflection seam. Missing textures on several instruments. Engine noise at full throttle was at times too loud, causing sound clipping and static noise. Even with engine sound turned down to 65%. Ejected shell casings (particle emitters) don't match up with the ejection ports. Otherwise very, very nice upgrade. :aok
Oh and icons disappear behind the gun sight.

I believe the MG81z only had one sight, and is the rate of fire correct?

only tried the 110G-2 all my view settings were way off, instrument panel is basically a blur and useless, plus cockpit framing looks super thick causing visibility issues. All in all I feel the 110G-2 got really screwed up from last update (running the DX9 version). I'm also getting blue line that connects the bases that can't be taken and another blue line that connects the "gun fields" on my map, not sure why there, or if they even supposed to be there.

check your texture settings. May have changed during the update

In the launcher were you select online or offline play. There's an options button there.

biggest problem is gauges and icons disappearing in gun sight. Other than that the new 110 is great.
