Title: January FSO: Gotterdamerung - The Fall of Berlin 1945 - FRAME 3 OBJECTIVES SENT

I have made some changes to the setup for Frame 3

- Added the Ju 88A-4 to the Axis with a minimum of 12.
- Made some changes to airfields to represent encirclement of Berlin. Some Active fields have changed for both sides. Be sure to check Objectives.
