Title: Flags and Pennants

  I was out of the game for a while until I could get a computer upgrade, so I missed some details.

First, does the flag at the airfield change color at the same time as the flag at the town?

Second, how does the pennant work?

Yes, the flag on airfields will change to white when the flag in the town does. 

Flags on vehicle bases and ports never change to white even when requirements for base capture have been met.
