Title: PingPlotter to Melee Arena Sunday, 15Jan17

My in game net status looked OK, but I felt like I had rubber bullets so I did some tracerts to the Melee Arena, and later downloaded PingPlotter and tried that.  Here is my result.  Whats going on at hop 6?  And no hop 7?

Oboe, from what I understand level 3 is the problem. I saw another thread in here a few days ago and level 3 was where the issue was occuring in in that instance as well. I'm sure someone with more knowledge on the subject will come along and give you the full story.

Anytime you see Level3 in your path all bets are off.  Level3 has to be one of the worst backbone providers in the country.  Always oversold.
