Title: Clipboard Display Error

While in the hanger and have clipboard open, I am seeing data for bases.
Normally that would be displayed in the tower or in flight, not in the hanger.

To duplicate this, open the clipboard while in the hanger and move the mouse around the black area slowly.
Once the mouse finds a base, it will display the data as depicted below.
