Title: HE rounds for Vickers S gun.

I would like to have an option to choose HE or AP in the hangar. HE ammunition would make the hurricane 2D more effective against soft skin vehicles at the expense of effectiveness against tanks.

+1  love the way 40mm bounces off an m3  yet can disable a panzer in one salvo.
