Title: Coming back

For those who remember, I've been a long time player (since I was 11ish - I'm 26 now). In 2013 I ended up homeless and lost everything. I'm now married and have a beautiful one-year-old daughter. It took a long time to get back on my feet, and though I'm still stumbling, I'm leaps and bounds from where I was. Between battling depression, PTSD, etc. I managed to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Thanks to a stick donation from an AH member through Facebook I'll hopefully be back in the skies....and hitting trees....soon.

Life is still kicking me in the teeth, but I'm gonna make sure I bite the toes off as they come in. The VA (after 6 years) is finally looking over my case and hopefully I'll have my old job back in corrections instead of driving 70 miles one way to work everyday lol.

MarineUS of the Dickweed Heavy Bomber Group is ready to go back to giving 999 a run for his money on the guns.  :salute

Good for you getting back.  A little bit differently, but I've been where you were as well. Still going through some issues of health.

Heard something, seemingly prophetic last night, on TV of all places.  Speaking to someone who felt like they were going through Hell.  His comment was, "If you feel like your going through Hell, just keep on walking."  Struck me as a great way to say, put your head down and keep on trucking.
