The other night I noticed that after the Bishop country captured a Rook base it became uncapturable. The total of Bish uncapturable bases was 3, Knights had 2 and Rooks had 0. I could tell by the Arena Settings that the recently captured base originally belonged to Rooks, (also it was right next to strats.) This contradicts my understanding of how things are supposed to work. This is the way I understand it:
1. A circle with a slash on the base icon means that the base in uncaptureable.
2. The uncapturable status of a base is fixed and does not change with game play.
3. All countries have the same number of uncapturable bases regardless of game play.
Please tell me if I am correct or not.
(also please tell spell check that uncapturable is a word)

most likely one of the settings wasn't set correctly and will need amending by HTC or your were so drunk that you didn't know what was happening. :old:

What terrain?
Your understanding of how things are supposed to work is correct.

I posted it in the Bug section it was February 2 10PM PST Map SFMA 16. No alcohol was involved but than that doesn't tell you much about how imaginative my perception was.

I believe this is what he is talking about. Note that A47 and A46 are both Rook "uncapturable" bases that were captured by the Bish.

Yes and at the time I was there 47 did not have a circle slash until captured by the Bishops and 46 was still in Rook hands and did not have a circle slash.

And it was a glorious evening :D I thought it was some sort of Easter Egg that HiTech put in and that the bases were somehow unlocked by capturing the specific bases around it or something.
You mean to tell me we can't totally capture all of a countries bases??? Where is the fun in that if no world domination??? :devil
