Title: Unable to rejoin as gunner after computer crash during FSO

As subject states I was unable to rejoin a bomber as gunner after my computer froze during tonight's fso.

I have attached:
screenshot of message after attempting to join player in flight.

I am running the dx11 version.

Happening in the MA as well.  Must be an unintended consequence of the new match play feature
