You know there is an actual pie shop in Brooklyn with pies made by an actual kiwi baker (best pies in the world come from NZ).

Will someone please explain to me about the pie thing? :confused: a pm would be ok.

you see British people are servants. their lord, as the call him or her, as him or her prefers, only alots a certain amount of harvest rub back to the farmers. Being a witty bunch, the peons make the most of their rub. In a traditional sense a pie is exaggerated tart filled with sweetened and gelatinous fruit (cherry is the queens favorite). But for the peasants, the sourness of rot or richness of grub, offsets the sweet taste of a traditional pie. Therefore it is preferred to put any food scraps available into a pie form so as to limit the foul feelings of being poor and gives some sense of value and happiness. This is especially true in the wet months of February when steamed peat and gorse bark is all that is left in the cellars. Hence the term "mud pie", A term given by early Roman explorers.

A meat pie is a delicious food item favored by Zack.
I like them, too, and am happy to have a local British pub with great pies, bangers and mash, etc.

Oh, thanks for the explanations. I thought perhaps Zach was a baker.
-
You can get pork, chicken and steak pies
They sell meat pies, I asked the chick in the pie shop what's in it, she said meat :rofl

Not just Zack, but New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
Meat pies can be acquired in their native environment (bakeries),gas/petrol stations (aka servos), dairies (aka corner stores), pubs etc.
Bacon and Egg Pie = breakfast.
Steak and Cheese Pie = lunch
Fish'n'Chips = Dinner.
Also while I am at it:
Deer Amerika:
- your cheese sucks (it appears to be some over processed yellow gunk)
- what is with that white fluffy stuff you call butter. It is not butter (see below)
(https://foodbox.co.nz/files/img/product/large/butter.jpg)
- why is there no real ice cream at Dairy Queen (see here for real ice cream: https://www.tastekapiti.co.nz/products/ice-cream/scoops-and-tubs.html )
