DX9 testing cloud fronts. On exit aceshigh9.exe windows error.

Today testing cloud fronts, sitting in a panther on a flat plain watching a cloud front. I was cycling through the keypad views 360 degrees when the error occurred as I viewed a moving cloud front, and a shut down to windows error occured.

I was able to duplicate the error by running the cloud file. Then I kept spawning to different fields in a panther and while sitting there cycled through the keypad views. At one field a heavy band of clouds was over my location and the first key view pointing the view at the cloud band, the game stopped with an executable error.
I will try to duplicate this with DX11 now.

So far I've hopped my panther all over my terrain to spawn under cloud fronts then cycle the view keys. DX11 will not error like DX9. The cloud fronts run better under DX11 and reducing textures to 2048 gets rid of the frame rate drop to 47 at super large airfields with ack firing.

I changed the stratus layer to "Thin" with the default .500 for opacity. I have tried for 30 minutes after having left the game running minimized for 30 minutes to get aceshigh9.exe to error while spawned into feilds with fronts blowing over, in the panther cycling the view keys. I cannot duplicate the errors from yesterday.
Watch I may have jinkzed this since AH3 is still running minimized right now.
I did cause an exe error when I tried to run sweath to reload the awa file after I tabbed out to make a change. 171 fronts may be too much of a load to be doing that on the fly anymore. When I executed sweath the clouds all froze, then the screen went white and an exe error was generated.
