Title: Invasion Stripes

What are the recommended settings for noise and color, particularly the black stripes?

I've tried everything to no avail.   From the cockpit it looks off no matter what I do.

Either too flat/smooth or too jagged and random (noisy). 

The polygonal upper surface of the wing doesn't help.

When they look good externally they don't look as nice from inside the cockpit.

Good but will it translate to something as large as these stripes?
