... You would think of all people, a cop would recognize Krispey Kreme...

No wonder I keep eating those things

Kit failure or instruction on usage, but there is always more to the story. So why then does citizen sue the city. A no win for Orlando. Hey Serenity, why not post a positive occurrence of Police, surely with all the 10's of thousand of daily interactions with fellow citizens it should be easy.

The woman cop kept testing the donut flakes until one of the tests finally appeared to show it was drugs. If all the other tests said it is not drugs, and one test says it is drugs, guess which one is probably the outlier?
This is the first time this has happened though. Every year or so a person gets arrested around here for having powdered coffee creamer or some other powdered food which the cops mistake as cocaine or other drugs. I remember they made a huge bust some place in Indiana, a guy was trafficking several hundred pounds of cocaine. It was all over the news. It turned out to be a powered yogurt for his restaraunt lol.
Lock you up first, ask questions later.

Well, because no one is going to get a giggle out of a cop helping a kitten out of a tree. I'm not a cop-basher, nor am I extending any negative image to cops in general. If you can't find humor in someone thinking Krispy Kreme icing is an illicit drug, there's something wrong with you.
As per why did the guy who was falsely arrested on a drug charge sue the city? If you can't see a reasonable answer to that, you might be missing something between your ears.

Meth looks nothing like Donut glazing. That should have been the first clue.

cop was dumb. glaze looks more like coke if anything else.

The worst part is she continued to run tests until she got a false positive. Someone was short on monthly quota.
